South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN)
We mentioned that Damien (Owner of Focused Mental Education) is positioned with a leading PHN. Being positioned at SWSPHN it would be hard not to include this one on our list. South Western Sydney PHN co-designs and funds a range of primary mental health and suicide prevention services in line with a stepped care approach, promoting person-centered care, and addressing the needs of priority populations and individuals who experience barriers to accessing services through Medicare. Among these items there is an etire swindle of other resources pertaining to physical health too, not just mental health so there is something for everyone.
